Our aim is to uncover the root of a client’s health issues which allows us to be able to give a client answers to what is causing them to feel bad where they may not have had answers before.
Functional Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisers who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. The coach challenges the client to listen to their own inner wisdom, identify their values, and transforms their goals into action. We educate, empower and inspire our clients to become the best version of themselves.

Meet Your Consultant

I'm Esther, your Functional Health and Wellness Consultant and I'm here to educate and empower you to live a healthy lifestyle. I am your functional health detective, taking a more investigational approach into your health concerns with a focus on clean and holistic living, taking a deeper dive into why you're not losing weight. My approach to weight-loss is ancestral intuitive eating that focuses on Paleo and Ketogenic eating principles. We'll address your gut health, sleep hygiene and circadian rhythm, and  your level of stress through  meditation and mindfulness . We at Well Nourished Life practice living toxic and additive free living. No "cookie-cutter" health coaching. No food porn and unrealistic health challenges.
My Road to Wellness
Like many women after reaching the age of thirty, my body or the body that I once knew began to change. Not to mention my responsibilities began to increase and my diet wasn't clean. Slacking off my daily workout routine, and very poor sleeping habits didn't help either. In my mind I always thought to myself , I'll just do what I used to and get back on the wagon and everything will be back to normal. I tried, failed miserably, everything did not go back to "normal". I just couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong and why I couldn't get in shape. To top it off I was struggling with gut, allergy and hormonal issues. Once I found the solution and the continued approach I used to this day, it has been my mission to share with all who felt miserable, uncomfortable and sick as I was.
My Approach
I'm here to help you achieve your health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. I'll support you, and help you discover what will bring you success and what could be holding you back. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, increase energy, lose weight or just get healthy, I will take the time to listen to your concerns, help you discover where and why you are struggling and help guide you through the world of contradictory nutritional advice to find what works for your body. Together, we will implement small changes at a pace that is comfortable for you, so you can meet your health goals! I've been the patient, the client and now the coach."

Esther Raeschael is the founder and Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and Certified Ketogenic Living Coach of Well Nourished Life. She received her masters and education from Northeastern University and the University of New England. She is certified through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates, National Academy of Sports Medicine and Athletics and Fitness Associations of America.
