Welcome to the Well Nourished Life FAQ section.  Our aim is to ensure that our clients are comfortable and aware of the new lifestyle they are about to embark upon. We understand that as with all things new, it can be a bit overwhelming and confusing. We’re here to help and ensure that your experience as a Well Nourished Life client is one you’re completely comfortable with.

Our Certified Nutrition Specialist Esther Raeschael, has studied and trained under the American Academy of Sports Nutritionist and Dietitians

As a Certified AASDN Nutrition Specialist, she has access to tools to calculate where you are at currently with your diet and what you need to reach your goals.

She works alongside a registered dietitian. Doing this allows her to provide a nutritional services at a much lower rate than an actual Registered Dietitian to ensure the very best in nutritional care for you and keeps us in compliance with with all state and federal guidelines.

Benefits of Working With an AASDN Nutrition Specialist

Caloric and Energy nutrient analysis. This is done to determine your exact nutritional needs and requirements to properly fuel your body.

Flag nutrient deficiencies. Once we determine what your diet is lacking Esther can recommend foods and supplements to fill in the area’s you’re needing help with.

Micronutrient analysis. These are nutrients that your body needs in small amounts, but due to poor diet we often are deficient. In addition, a person can be getting too much of certain nutrients as well which can also cause an imbalance.

Custom Menu plans. Once she has completed her analysis of your current diet as well as your nutritional needs to reach your goal in a healthy and safe way, Esther will create a custom plan based on your unique needs.

Esther Raeschael is a Certified Nutrition Specialist from the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutrtionists, Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant from the American Fitness Professional Association and Certified Corporate Wellness Coach from the Spencer Institiute. She received her masters and education from Northeastern University and the University of New England. She is the founder of Well Nourished Life and Life Pilates Studio where she is an online Pilates, Barre and Group Fitness Instructor.

No, we do not accept medical insurance at this time. We do offer payment plans and from time to offer discounts to ensure that our programs and services are accessible and affordable to everyone.

Our refund policy varies from program to program. However, for all of our programs there is a time limit for receiving refunds.

For individual services the client shall provide at least a 1-week notice to the Practitioner if the client wishes to discontinue any ongoing coaching services. To discontinue services, send in notice via email to eraeschael@wellnourishedlife.org or via private chat message in the client portal. Refunds will not be given for any reason.

Although the majority of our programs are tailored towards the needs of women and those who identify as female, we do offer services to male clients. Our Athletes Plate program is for both male and female athletes and fitness enthusiasts. In addition, our 1:1 services is available for everyone.

We consider those who have consistently been on a exercise regimen, program and/or frequently participates in fitness challenges for 1 year or more. This term is used to identify those who are interested in and enjoys participating in sport or physical activities.

Yes, we offer payment plans for some of our services and programs.. Seasonal discounts and offers may be available.

We do not accept minors into any of our current programs, however, if your child is a collegiate athlete or participates in regular sports activities please book a 1:1 session with our Sports Nutritionist for a custom plan tailored to your child’s needs.
