We’ll take you through 3 phases of weight loss:

Phase I: Cleanse/Preparation

In the first 14 days of this program, you’ll go through a detox or cleansing. The purpose of this phase is to not only jumpstart your body to reach optimal weight loss but to help remove toxic and chemical build up in the body. Changing food intake signals the body to switch from fat storage to a fat-burning mood. this immediate change to your metabolism promotes quick weight loss, improves energy, and minimizes hunger.




Phase II – Road to Wellness

This is where holistic nutrition meets science-based evidence. Based on the amount of weight you want to lose, you’ll start this phase with your very own customized meal plan tailored to suit your needs and busy lifestyle. Our Nutritionist will consult with you each week to monitor your progress. You may do this in person or virtually.




Phase III – Eating Intuitively

In the final phase of your plan, you’ll learn the most effective way of keeping the weight off for good. During this 6 week process, you’ll learn how to develop your body’s preferred fuel for maintaining energy throughout the day so that you’re just not hungry. Using your body and internal cues as your guide you’ll learn how and the benefits of eating intuitively.
