I am Woman’s Health and Sports Nutrition Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia helping women all over the world. I specialize in supporting female athletes and balancing women’s hormonal issues to help them look and feel their best.
My education and training are from the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists and Northeastern University. When I’m not helping women find their balance and work WITH their bodies, you can find me playing tennis, teaching a Pilates class, making jewelry, or competing in local CrossFit competitions.
Meaning that they don’t take into account the most important aspect, you are uniquely you! Some prefer a hands-off approach where others like a more hands-on approach. No matter your preference, you will learn the key steps to take to help work with your body to balance and maintain your hormones, naturally.
Looking for a plan tailored to you and your health goals? Are looking for help with a particular issue? I’ll provide you with a plan that meets your needs. Contact me to get started with a free consultation.
“I absolutely recommend Esther if you have ever struggled with low energy and unmanageable emotions. She discovered that I was estrogen dominant with low levels of progesterone and made an easy-to-follow plan just for me. I’ve only been on the plan for four weeks, but I already feel so much more balanced and in control of my emotions. My husband and I are connecting again and I feel 100x better!” — Lisa M.
Our sports nutrition programs aren’t just for the athlete, but all fitness enthusiasts. We offer nutrition challenges, programs for the dedicated fitness pro, and group nutrition plans for women only. Click the link to find out which sports nutrition program works for you!
“Working with Esther completely changed my view on how to live well! She helped me discover which hormones were overpowering my body and which were lacking. The best part is that after following her natural, systematic approach, I was able to drop those pesky last 10 lbs! I feel better than ever! — Stacey M.”
Don’t need the 1:1 accountability? Want the freedom to learn in a non group setting? Our online courses allow you to learn and reap the benefits of having a nutritionist guide you, but at your own pace. You’ll always have the option to reach out for support and 1:1 guidance.
You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers.
Lifestyle changes are key, but who actually has the time to spend hours at the gym sweating or in the kitchen cooking everyday? Not me, and I’m guessing not you either!
I understand that hours spent each day cooking meals or in the gym are hours spent away from things that matter, like your family, hobbies, career, or the fun things in life.
I’m here to show you that finding and maintaining a healthy balance is not only possible, but it is also closer to your grasp than you realize.
I found ways to cut down on the amount of time spent doing the things you don’t want to do to achieve the body and life you want.
Motivation and willpower is great when you have it.
The challenge is that motivation doesn’t last forever. There will be days when you need to make a green smoothie or eat that rainbow salad, but you really can’t be bothered. Having me as your personal accountability partner will help increase your ability to reach your goals—even when you aren’t keen or motivated to do so. We also will work one-on-one to continue to refine your lifestyle as your body and hormones adjust.
