What is Nutrition Consulting?
The role of a functional health consultant, also referred to as a functional health coach is to implement their knowledge and expertise to meet clients where they are and take them to where they want to be in their health journey. This is a low stress way of uncovering the “why” in order to deliver the best outcome. A functional health coach goes beyond the “cookie cutter” health coaching approach to a investigative and transformational approach that is safe for both coach and client.
Knowing what the root cause of health issues are for a client will allow the coach to focus in on the bodies imbalances that need to be addressed, instead of guessing, grasping at straws and trying to chase symptoms to help you get well. We safely help our clients dig into the root cause of their health issues, utilizing our resources to suggest lifestyle changes based on what you feel is least stressful, and supporting you through those changes so that you can achieve sustainable results.

Sometimes you need a refresher session … or time to discuss a recent issue or challenge … or perhaps you have new goals and need a plan to get there. Which is why we offer, one-on-one individual sessions. If you are a new client this will be our initial discovery consultation. Each session is 60 min.
