Hey friends, and if you're meeting me for the firs

Hey friends, and if you're meeting me for the first time Welcome! I've taken somewhat of a hiatus, and decide to redirest my focus on helping women. To be specfic women who:

- Are coming of "The Pill"
- Struggling with menstrual pain, which btw is NOT normal, common, but not normal.
- Women over 40 struggling to balance their hormones.
- Collegiate and recreational athletes looking to take their fitness and health to the next level.

While dealing with my own hormonal setbacks, I've learned that there is so much misinformation about how women should approach their nutrition and fitness to achieve optimal results. I'm here to help and debunk these myths.

I hope everyone has a Happy New Year and I can't wait to share with you what mswellnourished and Well Nourished Life has in store for 2022!

Today we celebrate all women and their accomplishm

Today we celebrate all women and their accomplishments and as a female athlete I’d like to share my top 5 favorite phenomal female athletes.

1. Serena Williams - 23 Major Grand Slams!! If you know tennis you understand why she is the GOAT.
2. Venus Williams - More than a champion of women’s tennis, but made it possible for women to have equal pay in the sport of tennis.
3. Florence Griffith- Joyner - AKA Flo-Jo. Still to date holds the title of being the as the fastest woman in the world.
4. Dominique Dawes - AKA “ Awesome Dawesome”. 3x Olympic Gold medalist. The first African-American woman to win an individual Olympic medal in artistic gymnastics, and the first black person of any nationality or gender to win an Olympic-gold-medal in gymnastics.
5. Misty Copeland - Her undeniable talent made her the first African American principal (prima ballerina) female ballet dancer of a major international company, American Ballet Theater in its history.

Also, coming soon, I’m super excited to share that Well Nourished Life will be launching fitness and nutrition program for collegiate, and recreational athletes, including a special focus on female athletes and busy fitness enthusiasts !

Juneteenth commemorates African American freedom and emphasizes education and achievement. It is a day, a week, and in some areas a month marked with celebrations, guest speakers, picnics, and family gatherings.

Our team at Well Nourished Life wants to use this opportunity to commemorate and celebrate the strength of the American spirit, and the ability we have as a nation to recognize what is wrong and make it right. #juneteenth #freedomday #dayofrecognition

I’m so angry, but not shocked. I’m so tired of

I’m so angry, but not shocked. I’m so tired of hearing of how the system is broken and we need to fix it... It is NOT broken.. The system is doing EXACTLY what it was designed to do. We have been looted for YEARS. We can’t protest peacefully, and take a knee. We can’t get angry without people telling us how angry we should be.
